摘要
复合材料桁架接头因其良好的性能已经广泛应用于航天领域的各种桁架结构中。综合介绍了复合材料桁架接头的设计、制造工艺、试验测试及其研究进展,重点介绍了模压法和自动铺丝法两种制造复合材料桁架接头的成型工艺及其设计方法。
Composite truss-joints have been applied extensively in the truss structure in the aerospace realm due to its excellent performance. The design, the manufacturing craft, strength analysis, method of experiment and research progress of the composite joints used in the satellite truss structure are introduced in this paper. The molding process and design of the moulding-press and automated fiber placement technology are particularly illustrated.
