摘要 以氧化锌为主要原料,采用湿法制备前驱物,在800℃高温煅烧前驱物制备ZnO∶Eu,Li的红色稀土发光材料。通过荧光光谱(PL-PLE)分析,所得产物存在595nm和612nm两个发射波长,其强峰值在595nm处。XRD分析表明掺杂元素锂(Li)和铕(Eu)绝大部分进入ZnO的晶格中,Eu3+是发光中心,Li+在其中起敏化剂作用,能够促进Eu3+掺杂进入ZnO晶格,有效地增强了能量在ZnO与Eu3+间的传递,使Eu3+的发光显著增强。与干法制备前驱物相比,湿法能克服一般高温固相法存在的缺点,制得粒度分布均匀且性能优良的发光粉体。 In this paper, ZnO is chosen as the main material and the wet method is first used for the preparation of the precursor. The calcination temperature is limited at 800℃ to manufacture the ZnO : Eu, Li red rare earth luminescence material. The obtained two emission wave lengths are 595nm and 615nm respectively through PL-PLE and 595nm is the stronger one. According to XRD, all the doped elements including Li^+ and Eu^3+ almost enters the ZnO crystal lattices. Eu^3+ is the luminous center and Li^+ acts as a sensitizer,which can faciliate Eu^3+ entering ZnO crystral lattices, build up the energy transferring between ZnO and Eu^3+ effectively and also can make Eu^3+ luminesce brighter. Comparing with the dry and wet method for the traditional high temperature solid method, the wet one has many advantages such as more homogenous distribution of grain size and excellent luminous capability.
