摘要
文章计论了温度、催化剂、醇油摩尔比、时间对传统法和微波法制备生物柴油的影响。与传统搅拌法相比,微波法的反应时间从1.5h降低到15s,反应前无需干燥处理,可制得转化率90%以上的生物柴油。对产物的结构进行了红外光谱分析以及性能对比,结果接近0^#柴油指标。
This paper discuses some factors, such as temperature, catalyst, molar ratio and time, which affect production of biodiesel by the traditional and microwave method .Compared with traditional method, microwave method reduces reaction time from 1.5h to 15s. Without any pretreatment, nearly 90% soybean oil can be turned into biodiesel. In addition. its chemical structure was characterized by FTIR, other principal physicochemical properties of the biodiesel fuel are similar to that of No. 0 diesel fuel.
