摘要
简要总结了国内外合成重要农药中间体(S)-CPBA即(S)-α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇的各种方法,包括不对称合成与手性拆分,并对各种合成方法的优劣及其应用前景作了进一步评论。最后对其在合成超高效拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂中的应用进行了介绍。
The synthesis methods of the important pesticide intermediate (S)-CPBA, namely (S)-α-cyano-3- phenoxybenzyl alcohol was summarized briefly, including asymmetric synthesis and chiral resolution. The advantages and disadvantages, the application prospects of various methods were also reviewed. Lastly the application of (S)-CPBA in the synthesis of high effect pyrethroids pesticide was introduced.
