纳米TiO_2修饰电极制备及对活性染料废水的降解试验

摘要 采用浸渍-涂覆法制备了纳米二氧化钛修饰不锈钢阳电极,在自制的光电催化反应器上,对活性绿染料废水进行了光、电、光电协同降解试验。结果表明不锈钢电极经纳米二氧化钛修饰后具有良较好的光电催化活性,外加电压15V、电流强度0.1A、300w高压汞灯照射60min,活性绿染料染料废水的降解率达95%以上。 Nano TiO2 modified electrode has prepared by by sol-gel dip-coating technique. I ne photocatalytic oxidation and electrocatalytic oxidation as well as photoelectrocatalytic oxidation of the reactive green were investigated in the photoelectroreactor. The nano TiO2 modified electrode shows a high photoelectrocatalytic activity in photo-electrodegradation of reactive green, The degradation rate can reach above 99.5% under the condition of the voltage 15V, the current intensity 0.1A and illuminated 60min with 300w high pressure mercury lamp,
