摘要
为了得到适用于40 Gb×N WDM的相干光源,对40 Gb/s超短脉冲源的1550 nm波段利用高非线性光纤(HNLF)进行展谱。并且,通过与标准单模光纤级联的啁啾脉冲压缩的优化方案在抽运光平均功率有限的情况下实现了C波段的光谱展宽,3 dB带宽达到9.32 nm。在获得超连续谱后,按100 GHz(0.8 nm)的信道间隔进行谱切片即可得到WDM所需要的光源,从而为实现超高速光纤通信系统的通信用光源提出了一个解决方案。
To develop coherent light sources for single channel 40 Gb/s WDM system, we get the spectrum of the 40 Gb/s repeat frequency pumping laser broadening by using HNLF at 1.55 μm wavelength. And by inserting standard SMF to compress the chirp pulses, the spectrum's 3 dB bandwidth was broadened to 9.32 nm at 1.55 μm wavelength with an average power limited input pulse.
