碘对固始公鹅甲状腺激素的影响

Effects of iodine on thyroid hormone of male Gushi geese

以碘作为添加剂,研究了碘对固始公鹅甲状腺激素的影响机理。结果显示:高碘日粮对鹅外周血浆T4、T3水平影响不明显(P>0.05)。而血浆rT3水平则显著升高(P<0.01)。

The effect texture of thyroid hormone of ninety male Gushi geese that were fed with diets containing iodine was studied. The experimental results indicated that higher dietary iodine does not effect exerted plasma T4 and T3 （ P 〉 0.05） , while plasma rT3 level was increased significantly（ P 〈0.01 ）.
