摘要
以黑果小檗果实为实验材料,从浸提剂种类、浸提温度、浸提时间、物料配比以及浸提次数进行了提取方法的比较研究。结果表明:以80%乙醇为浸提剂,物料比为1∶20,在45℃保温浸提3次,每次2 h为最佳提取条件。
Using the fruits of Berberis heteropoda Schrenk as experimental material, this paper researched the extraction method of Berberis heteropoda Schrenk red pigment, which involved a study of the time, temperature and burden ratio of extraction of the material by the contrast experiments of various combination. The results indicated that the best extraction condition was the conditions of 45℃, 80% ethanol, 1:20 the ratio, 1 times/1h, total 3 times.
