摘要 “振兴民族的希望在教育,振兴教育的希望在教师。”提高教师队伍的素质,是教育事业良性发展的必要条件,因此,教师职业素质就成为教师教育过程中必须引起重视的问题。说课,要求教师在规定的时间内,就某一教学内容,向同行阐述自己对教材的理解、教法的分析以及教学设计的相关理论等内容。这种教研活动形式,能够促进教师素质及教学质量的提高。开展说课训练,对提高师范生教学技能也有积极的意义。 "The promotion nationality's hope is educating, promotion education hope in teacher. "Enhances the teacher troop the quality, is the education benignity development essential condition, therefore, the teacher professional quality becomes the teacher to educate in the protess to have to cause the value question. Therefore, the teacher professional quality becomes the teacher to educate in the process to have to cause the value question. Talking about course, requests the teacher in the stipulation time, some course content, elaborates to the colleague oneself to the teaching material understanding,teaching method analysis as well as teaching design content end so on related theory.This kind of research form of action,can promote the teacher quality and the teaching quality enhancement.Say the lesson is trained,have positive meaning to improving normal student' s quality too.
