摘要
虽然USB2.0技术已经日益成熟,但是它在测试技术领域的应用还是起源于USB仪器的出现。USB仪器的出现不但给传统的自动测试系统带来了冲击,更为并行测试提供了发展空间和技术支持。文章从组建导弹并行测试系统入手,针对USB2.0技术的特点,着重论述了USB仪器在系统中应用,包括数据采集和信号测量等。
Though the technology of USB2.0 has become mature, applications in parallel test derives from the emerging of USB instruments. It will heavily impact ATS and provide both developing space and technical support for parallel test. From constitution of missile parallel test system, applications of USB instruments in the system are pointed up in the paper based on features of USB2.0, including data acquisition and signal measurement.
