摘要
目的探讨肾移植术后巨细胞病毒(CMV)性肺炎的诊断与治疗。方法对10例肾移植术后发生CMV性肺患者进行分析,采用更昔洛韦为主的综合性治疗。结果10例中8例治愈,2例死亡。结论低氧血症为临床特征,早期诊断、早期综合征性治疗是成功关键。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of cytomegalovirus pneumonia after kidney transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with cytomegalovirus pneumonia after renal transplantation were analyzed, Results Eight out of the of ＂the 10 patients were cured and 2 died, Conclusion Hypoxemia is the signficant clinical features, The key of success is early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment.
