This paper attempts to combine theoretic and experimental methods.It concludes a gas turbine quasi-ellipse characteristic model through theoretic analysis,which breakthroughs the limit of existing ellipse law.Based on experiment data,it extracts the coefficient solutions.Self-Study is added in the program. According to newly added experiment data,it can amend coefficient values to make them more suitable for general use.Another advantage of selfstudy lies in that we can sum up the characteristics possessed by different people but need not to make them public.The result shows,the general-turbine-characteristic model in this paper is more accurate and universal than existing models, including Flugel formula.
