摘要
本文介绍了一新型稠纤维浆液(质量浓度Cm=6~15%)输送用固液气三相流离心泵。着重研究了在各种不同工况下该泵进口流动模型及其制约因素,从而揭示了泵进口吸入管中稠纤维浆液流动化的机理,为建立该类泵的设计理论和方法提供了一些有益的资料。
The difficulties of feeding the pulp into the impeller and the effects of the entrained air or gases are two major obstacles to pumping medium consistency(MC) fiber suspensions(Cm=6~15%) with centrifugal pumps.This paper introduces a specially designed MC-centrifugal pulp pump, which can successfully pump up the MC fiber suspension of Cm 15%.A series of the experimental investigations is made to clarify the effects of flow rate Q,rotation speed N and intake pressure Ps of the vacuum pump installed within the pump body on the inlet flow patterns.The mechanism to fluidize MC-fiber suspension in the suction pipe is discussed.Some useful data,which might provide for the next improvements in the practical design method for this kind of pump,is presented in this paper.
