106例严重多发伤院前急救体会

Experience of 106 cases of treatment methods of serious multiple trauma patients in pre-hospital

目的探讨严重多发伤院前急救方法。方法回顾分析106例严重多发伤的院前急救治疗方法。结果106例严重多发伤中当场死亡41人,转运途中心跳、呼吸骤停7人,5人复苏成功,2人死亡,安全转运至医院63人。结论在伤后“黄金一小时”内,迅速评估伤情,积极开展院前急救,建立和维持有效的肺泡通气和循环功能、迅速抗休克、控制脑水肿、包扎止血固定、密切监护、及时将伤者送达医院继续治疗,对于挽救伤者生命、提高创伤患者抢救成功率、减少致残率至关重要。

Objective： To Explore pre-hospital approach of serious multiple trauma. Methods：Recalling the analysis of 106 cases of serious multiple trauma pre-hospital treatment. Results： In 106 cases of serious multiple trauma patients, 41 people died on the spot, seven were in transit en route occurred heartbeats and breathing stopped first, the recovery of which five were successful, two deaths, a total of 63 people safe transit to the hospital. Conclusion： in the ＂golden hour＂, a rapid assessment of injuries,active pre-hospital, establishing and maintaining effective communication and pulmonary alveolus cycle functions, the rapid-shock, control brain edema, a fixed bundle of blood, close custody, promptly injured by the hospital to continue treatment, in order to save the lives of victims, improve trauma patients achieve, reduce disability is essential.
