摘要
技术创新效率是影响制造业水平的重要因素。对于技术创新效率的研究可分两个阶段进行。第一阶段是运用超效率DEA方法计算了我国制造业各行业和各省市制造业1994-2003年期间技术创新效率值。第二阶段是通过面板数据(Panel Data)模型检验影响企业技术创新效率的因素。研究结果显示企业规模、行业技术水平、企业创新管理与技术创新效率成正相关,市场竞争程度与创新效率成负相关,国内制造业的过度竞争及需求不足导致了企业技术创新投入不足。
Technological innovation efficiency (TIE) is an important factor for the development of manufacturing industry. The present study of TIE is divided into two phases. In the first phase TIE in China's manufacturing industry between 1994 and 2003 is measured by DEA; and in the second phase, a Panel Data Model is employed to test factors which influence TIE in corporations. Our results show that, corporation size, technological level, corporation innovation management have a positive correlation with TIE while the intensity of competition has a negative correlation with TIE. Over-competition and insufficient demands in China's manufacturing industry lead to low investment in TIE in Chinsese corporations.
