摘要
论述了共轨柴油机特点,分析了共轨柴油机维修的方法、程序和设备要求,阐明了各部件维修的具体技术。为维修共轨柴油机,喷油器性能试验台必须重新设计制造。维修过程中,要注意不要随便改变原来共轨管上的进、出油口位置以及与喷油泵出油口之间的连接关系。
In the paper presents the characteristics of common rail diesel engine and analyzes methods, procedure and equipments necessary for maintenance of common rail diesel engine and also discuses the specific maintenance technology for each assembly. In order to maintain common rail diesel engine, the nozzle test has to be redesigned and made again. During original position between the inlet and outlet on the at random. maintenance, it is not permitted to change the common rail pipe and connection from pipe and pump
