Study on Energy Saving Policy under the Merket Economy

本文在对八十年代和九十年代的节能工作进行对比的基础上，提出了对商场经济体制下节能政策的意见。

On the basis of comparison for the energy -- saving task with eighties and nieties, the suggestions for energysaving policy under market economy are propsed in this paper.
