The Deep Introspection on Students′ School Work Management of the School Roll Management in Colleges and Universities

在正确认识高校学生学业管理的地位和作用的基础上,分析了传统学业管理中存在的主要问题,提出了构建学业管理的校本空间和人本价值取向,并探索性地提出了以学生的主动参与性、对学生学习的指导性以及对学生的人文关怀为特色的学业管理新机制。

Based on the correct realization of the position of management of school work and its function to university students, this paper analyzed the main problems existing in the traditional management of school work, put forward the construction of school centeredness and personal valuerorientation in the management of school work, and brought out in a probative way the new mechanism of school work administration, which is on the basis of exploiting students＇ initiative, guiding students＇ studies and giving more humanistic concern for students.
