客户需求是商业银行服务的前提和基础,高端个人客户是商业银行个人银行业务的主要利润来源。只有认真分析和考察高端个人客户的需求特征,才能更好地把握和满足高端个人客户的金融需求,有效拓展商业银行的利润空间。高端个人客户需求特征日益多元化,有望形成新的金融需求。商业银行需要从经营理念、金融产品、金融服务等方面入手,适应客户需求,创造并挖掘客户价值,在满足高端个人客户需求中实现自身发展。
Customer's demand is a prerequisite and foundation of commercial bank's service. Largescaled individual customer is the major source of profit for commercial bank's individual banking business. Only by carefully analyzing and investigating large-scaled individual customer's demand features, can commercial banks do better in satisfying large-scaled individual customer's financial demand and swell their profits in an effective way. It is believed that large-scaled individual customer's demand will naturally develop into new-typed financial demand with the diversification of its features. Commercial banks must give priority to management idea, financial product and financial service, fit in with customer's demand, cherish customer's value and achieve their own development in the coupe of satisfying large-scaled individual customer's demand.
