On Balance Development Mechanism Between Travel Agency and Its Core Stakeholders——From the Perspective of Harmonious Society

摘要 本文在界定旅行社的利益相关者并对其进行科学分类的基础上,从构建社会主义和谐社会的视角探讨了旅行社及其核心利益相关者利益均衡问题,认为要建立我国旅行社业的利益均衡机制必须实现政府转型、主体角色转换与制度创新。 From a new angle of constructing harmonious society of socialism, the paper discusses something about interest balance between travel agency and its core stakeholders. Firstly, the authors explicitly and scientifically give definition and classification of travel agency's stakeholders. Secondly, we give an in-depth analysis of the interest structure between travel agency and its core stakeholders and point out that the root of imbalance relationship lies in the lagging of government transformation, incorrectness of role orientation and unsuitability of system arrangement. Instructed by the concept of scientific development and taking the construction of harmonious society as the final goal, the authors hold the view that government transformation, role change and system innovation are necessary means to construct travel agency's interest mechanism of balance.
