维持血液透析患者心血管疾病与血清sFas／sFasL的相关性研究现状
摘要
目前，随着科技的进步和经济的发展，全球面临着维持血液透析人群迅速增长的趋势。透析人群已从1990年42万6千人增长至2000年的106万5千人，预计2010年将达到200万人。心血管疾病（Cardiovascular diseases，CVD）是慢性维持血液透析（MHD）患者的主要并发症，也是维持性血液透析患者首位的死亡原因。据统计，欧美国家终末期肾衰竭（ES-RD）接受透析治疗患者因心血管并发症死亡的占50％以上，其中最多的是心肌梗死、心包炎、充血性心力衰竭和心律失常等。
