摘要
提出一种基于相关检测原理的双频双光束光学透过率检测方法。该方法不仅提高了检测精度,而且可实现在亮场条件下进行检测,能取代目前采用的单通道光学系统透过率检测方法。
Optical system transmittance is the ratio of optical instrument emergent light flux to the incident light flux, signifies the degree in which an optical instrument transmits the light radiant energy. It is a performance index in an optical system, especially in the telescopic optical system. Based on the correlation detection rule, an optical transmittance detection method with double beams and double frequencies was proposed. The method improves the precision of detection, fulfills it in the bright field and replaces the single channel optical system regularly in use.
