石粉对机制砂混凝土性能的影响 被引量:17

摘要 在山区高速公路的建设中,往往会遇到缺乏天然砂和粉煤灰等资源的情况。为了利用当地有限的资源,配制出优质的混凝土,我们以机制砂混凝土为研究对象,将粉煤灰和石粉作为掺合料,分别以10%、15%、20%的比例取代水泥,研究了它们对混凝土工作性能、抗压强度和抗渗性能的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰和石粉对混凝土的强度影响不大;粉煤灰和石粉均可提高混凝土的工作性能;就改善抗渗性能而言,粉煤灰要优于石粉。对它们的作用机理做了分析。 It is short of natural sand and fly ash etc, in a mountainous area in the course of the building of express highway. To use the limited local resource is to prepare high-quality concrete. Cement is replaced respectively with fly ash and limestone powder according to the proportion of 10%, 15%, 20% in the concrete of machine-made sand. The effects on workability performance, compressive strength, impervious performance of concrete are studied. The results show: The effect of fly ash and limestone powder on compressive strength is less. Both fly ash and limestone may improve the workability performance. Fly is better than limestone for the improvement of impervious performance. Their mechanisms of action are analyzed.
