γ-氨基丁酸对大鼠离体结肠自发收缩活动的影响 被引量:2

摘要 用恒温平滑肌浴槽灌流法和BL-410生物机能实验系统观察并记录γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)及有关药物对离体大鼠近端结肠段收缩活动的影响。结果表明,外源性GABA对大鼠离体结肠活动有明显的抑制作用,表现为结肠舒张,收缩振幅减小。可能GABA通过大鼠结肠中GABAA受体介导产生抑制作用,而通过GABAB受体介导产生兴奋作用。由GABAB受体介导产生的兴奋作用可能是通过胆碱能系统,而并非通过肾上腺素能系统实现的。GABAA和GABAB受体介导的抑制和兴奋两种作用可能都与结肠中组织胺H2受体有关。
