运行规划中的公用信息模型

Common Information Model in Operational Planning

从电网调度中运行规划的角度出发,介绍了运行规划的一般框架,讨论了公用信息模型(commoninformationmodel,CIM)对运行规划的支持,明确了3个问题:CIM模型库对于运行规划提供了哪些信息模型,这些模型应该如何使用,模型库在运行方面存在哪些不足。围绕上述问题介绍了6类模型(包括运行规划的框架模型、负荷预测模型、机组模型、停运模型、交换计划和发电计划模型)及其在运行规划中的使用,展望了CIM模型在运行规划中的应用前景。

From the viewpoint of operational planning, at first an outline of the framework in this field is presented; then the support of common information model （CIM） to some important aspects of operational planning is discussed in detail. Three questions are clarified, i.e., ＂how many information models are provided to support operational planning and who are them＂, ＂how those models can be used＂, and ＂what deficiencies of CIM models exist ＂. Focusing attention on these questions, six kinds of models, including framework of operational planning, load forecast, unit, outage, interchange plan and generating plan, as well as their application in operational planning are presented. Otherwise, the application prospect of CIM in operational planning is concluded.
