摘要 在简述输电线路保护原理发展历程的基础上,阐明了基于暂态量的超高速保护的内涵,认为超高速保护的发展时机与客观条件日趋成熟。介绍了完整实用的超高速保护方案必需的核心元件(如差动保护、方向保护、距离保护和边界保护等)和相关辅助元件(如启动元件、干扰识别元件、合闸于故障识别元件和故障选相元件等),介绍了国内外开发的实际装置及其运行经验和试验样机,展望了超高速保护的研究前景和难点。 On the basis of briefly reviewing the development course of the protective principle for transmission lines, the intension of transient component based ultra-high-speed (UHS) protection is expounded and it is also pointed out that both opportunity and objective conditions for the development of UHS protection are equipped with. Here, the kernel elements of a complete and practicable UHS protection scheme such as elements for differential protection, directional protection, distance protection and boundary protection, as well as the relevant auxiliary elements such as the elements for fast starting, lighming disturbance identification, switching-into-fault identification, faulty phase selection and so on, are presented respectively. Some experimental prototypes and actual UHS protection devices developed home and abroad and their operational experiences are introduced. The research contents and difficulties of transient component based UHS protection are looked ahead.
