摘要
结合某矿上开式扇形闸门箕斗,利用三维参数化设计软件Pro/E、机械系统动力学仿真软件Adams、有限元分析软件Ansys、科学计算软件Matlab、疲劳分析软件Fatigue,构建卸载装置虚拟样机研究平台。通过虚拟实验,进行卸载装置的运动/动力学分析,研究卸载滚轮与曲轨接触刚度、阻尼对接触力峰值的影响,计算实际约束状态下曲轨的振动模态和固有频率,分析卸载过程的动应力。
In combined with the top opening fan gate skip of a mine, a virtual prototype research platform of a loading device was set up with the 3D parameter design software - Pro/E, mechanical system dynamics simulation software - Adams, finite element software - Ansys, science calculation software - Matlab and fatigue analysis software - Fatigue. With the virtual tests, a kinematics and dynamic analysis of the loading device were conducted. The paper researched the contact stiffness between the loading rolling wheel and scroll guide and the influence of damping to the contact peak value. The paper calculated the vibration mode and free frequency of the scroll guide under the condition of the actual restriction. The paper analyzed the dynamic stress of the loading.
