介绍研制的一种新型的低频振动攻丝机。采用该振动攻丝机能够显著降低攻丝扭矩,提高丝锥寿命和螺纹精度,能够有效地解决难加工材料上螺纹孔,尤其是小深螺纹孔的加工难题。

A new type of low-frequency vibration-tapping machine is introduced. Tapping torque can be reduced remarkablely and life of tap and precision of screw thread can be enhanced by this machine. The difficulties of the tap hole processing on difficult-to-cut materials, especially the small-deep tap hole, can be solved.
