多控制中心之间分解协调计算模式研究 被引量:29

摘要 电网互联为一体,电网的调度控制是分层分布的。为保证计算结果正确,多控制中心EMS之间需要采用分解协调的计算模式。为适应这种分层分布计算环境,提出了包括同步迭代、异步迭代和实时跟踪等值等几种分解协调的计算模式。给出了这几种计算模式的计算原理和基本特征,还给出几种计算模式之间的演进关系。给出了实现不同计算模式时系统的体系结构和建模方法。建议了适合于我国电网当前情况的分解协调计算模式。 Power systems are interconnected into a unified one which is running according to its physical rules (KCL, KVL and Ohm's Law) but is managed and controlled by each of the regional control centers separately and independently. How the Energy Management System (EMS) in each regional control center can follow the variation of whole the power system correctly and timely is a very concerned and real problem especially when some transmission line outage occurs in its external network. In order to meet the requirements for hierarchical and distributed dispatch and decision making for multiple control centers, several decomposition and coordination calculation models, such as synchronous iteration mode, asynchronous iteration mode and real-time tracing equivalence mode, are proposed. Essential principle and calculation character are explained. The evolutionary relationship between different modes is analysed. The EMS structure and modeling methods for the hierarchical and distributed calculation models are given. A suitable hierarchical and distributed calculation mode for current EMS application in control centers in China is suggested.
