“社会中的国家”理论在国家与社会关系的命题上提供了一个微观的、动态的、行动策略的实证分析框架。运用该理论分析,可以发现妇联的政治资源在组织中具有要素性、工具性和阶段性等特征。这表明政治资源并不必然导致资源依赖症。因此,需要准确把握政治资源,在科学定位妇联的本质职能、明确战略发展目标的基础上,依托资源优势,健全各项制度,提升组织能力。

The concept of ＂State in Society＂ provides a framework for analysis of relationship between state and society at the micro level and at the level of action. Based on the concept of＂State in Society＂, this paper discovers that the political resources of Women＇s Federation have organizational characteristics in terms of elements, tools and stages. These mean that the political resources do not definitely lead to resources dependence. It is, thus, important for women＇s federation to make good use of political resources and to improve organizational structures and capability once positioning itself to its best advantage and clarifying its development goals.
