Factor Endowment,Geographic Factors and New International Division of Labor:Observation and Testing

摘要本文以要素禀赋和地理因素为主要研究视角,运用国际中间产品的进出口贸易数据,采用双边贸易的引力模型对国际分工变化的决定因素进行计量检验。研究结果表明,要素禀赋和地理因素共同决定了新型国际分工的基本格局,但两者的影响力发生了交替变化。在产品内国际分工这一新的分工模式中,地理因素的影响力在上升,要素禀赋对分工格局的影响力却有所下降,并在一定程度上主要局限于区域内部的分工体系中。这种趋势引导国际分工在空间上朝着更加区域化的方向演进。 This study offers an econometric test of the determining factors for change in the international division of labor, using import-export trade data on international intermediate products and the gravity model of bilateral trade, chiefly from the perspective of factor endowment and geographic factors. The results show that factor endowment and geographic factors jointly decide the basic pattern of the new international division of labor; however, the influence of the two categories alternates. In the new model of international intra-product specialization, the influence of geographic factors is rising while that of factor endowment is falling and is to a certain degree limited to the intra-regional system of the division of labor. This trend leads to increasing regionalization of the international division of labor in spatial terms.
