摘要
进口巴西和澳大利亚块状赤铁矿含有较多细泥,造成高炉透气性差,影响高炉利用系数,采用水洗分级工艺可以解决这一问题,但水洗矿浆过滤难度很大,本文通过试验研究,提出了对水洗矿浆进行浓缩、絮凝、过滤脱水的可行性方案。
The lump hematite ore with much fine deposits imported from Brazil and Australia causes a bad venting quantity of blast furnace and influences the productivity of blast furnaces. Washing classification is a better way to solve the problem. However, the hematite slurry after washing classification is difficult to filtration. A feasibility project was p by a series of tests that the slurry after washing classification should be treated with inspissation, flocculation and filtration dehydration.
