社会主义和谐社会理论的提出,其本身具有深刻的内在思想价值。社会主义和谐社会理论不仅是对作为中国传统文化内在精神和显著特征的“和”、“和谐”思想的继承和借鉴,更是中国共产党人对社会形态发展变化的新注释和作为执政党关于党建和执政的新理念。

＂To build up a harmonious socialism society＂ was put forward at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee. The author thinks that putting forward the theory of harmonious socialism society itself has profound value of inner thought. The theory of harmonious socialism society is not only inheritance of the ＂peace＂ and ＂harmony＂ culture, the two of which are considered as Chinese traditional culture＇s inner spirits and outstanding features, but also the CPC＇s new explanation to the variation of different social forms as well as the ruling party＇ s new conception of party building and governance.
