摘要
介绍了0.lHz^20MHz合成信号发生器的设计及其实现方法,着重研究了直接数字合成技术以及幅度调制、频率调制技术,从设计的现实条件出发,选择专用DDS集成芯片结合现场可编程门阵列技术实现了正弦信号发生器以及可编程控制幅度、频率、幅度键控、相位键控调制。实验结果表明系统时钟达到了120MHz,能实现从10Hz^20MHz稳定的输出,频率稳定度远优于10-4。
This paper introduce the technique of frequency synthesis and the technique of analog modulation, as well as their development and realization , and make direct digital synthesis (DDS), AM modulation and FM modulation its most important subjects for researching. At the same time, this paper made a lot of overviews of some commonly used programmable logic devices, such as FPGA(field programmable gate array), ASIC and so on. Then we used the special DDS chip together with the technique of FPGA to realize the sine signal generator and programmable controlled AM, FM, ASK, and PSK modulation based on the principle of simplicity. And discussed how to use pure FPGA to realize the whole system.
