中医五行音乐结合音乐电针疗法对恶性肿瘤患者抑郁状态的影响

Effect of therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine five element music and electroacupuncture on the depression levels of cancer patients

目的探讨中医五行音乐及音乐电针疗法改善恶性肿瘤患者抑郁状态的效果。方法将92例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为试验组(n=46)与对照组(n=46)。试验组听中医五行音乐并加用音乐电针治疗,对照组只听中医五行音乐。治疗前后,对两组分别以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、ZUNG′S抑郁自评量表(SDS)及卡式功能状态评分(KPS)进行测评,记录并比较两组的测评结果。结果两组治疗后抑郁状态及功能状态均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。但两组治疗后的各项测评结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论电针不是改善患者抑郁状态的绝对手段,而中医五行音乐对于改善恶性肿瘤患者的抑郁状态有较好的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine five element music and electroacupunc ture on the depression levels of cancer patients, Methods Ninety-two cancer patients were recruited and divided randomly into experimental group（n=46） and control group（n=46）. Patients in the experimental group listened the TCM five element music and underwent electroaeupuncture therapy for four weeks, And patients in the control group just listened TCM five element music. Hamilton Depression Scale （HDMA）, Self-depression Scale（SDS） and Karnofsky Function Position Scale（KPS） were uesed to investigate the patients respectively. Results The result showed that there were significant differences between the scores of patients before and after the therapy in the two groups. But there were not significant differences between the two groups after the therapy. Conclusions TCM five element music therapy has positive effect on helping depression of cancer patients while electroaeupunctur therapy does not enhance the effectiveness.
