摘要
制造质量信息是支持设计决策信息的重要组成部分,为设计者提供产品制造质量控制能力和水平信息。论文针对制造质量信息和BOM的特点,提出了基于产品结构和配置的BOM管理制造质量信息的方法。论文在分析设计、工艺、制造和质量B O M内容和特点的基础上,详细研究了从这些BOM中提取的用于支持设计决策的制造质量信息。通过BOM合理、有序的组织和管理,为支持并行设计决策的制造质量信息获取提供了解决途径。
Manufacturing quality information (MQI) is very useful for supporting product design. It helps product designers in their design decision-making by providing information about capability and level of manufacturing quality. According to the characteristics of MQI and BOM (bill of materials), an approach to capturing manufacturing quality information based on BOM is proposed. The paper firstly surveys the context and features of Engineering BOM (EBOM), process planning BOM (PP BOM), manufacturing BOM (MBOM) and quality BOM (QBOM). Then we conduct a detailed study on capturing MQI for design decision support. MQI can be organized and managed in a logical way through BOM. The research provides a way to capturing MQI supporting concurrent design decision.
