摘要
在网络化制造模式下,由于扩展企业涉及的制造资源在地理上和所有权上具有很大差异,使得制造信息从底层制造设备、制造单元,到高层的制造车间、盟员企业和核心企业的共享不够及时和准确,制造信息的保护也不够完善。为此,本文提出了一种企业核心制造资源信息保护策略,采用ANP(Analytic Network Process-网络分析法)算法针对制造执行过程中产生的各类制造资源信息进行重要度和可视度分类决策,在此基础上,企业以模板的形式向相关用户提供制造资源信息共享服务。最后,本文通过实例对所开发的原型系统进行了例证。
According to networked manufacturing mode, manufacturing resources are dispersed geographically and owned by different manufacturing enterprise members in an extended enterprise, these characteristics decide that the manufacturing information up-stream from lower layer of equipment to higher layer of enterprise or extended enterprise cannot be sent precisely, promptly, effectively and securely. An enterprise core manufacturing resources information protection policy is proposed for solve the problem. The classification for manufacturing resources information important degree and visualizing is implemented with the ANP (Analytic Network Process) Algorithm. On the base of policy, enterprises publish manufacturing information to information sharing user through kinds of templates. At last a case study is presented to demonstrate the prototype.
