血清妊娠相关蛋白-A检测在急性冠状动脉综合征诊断中的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清妊娠相关蛋白-A(PAPP-A)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化及相互关系。方法以ELISA法检测51例ACS患者、28例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者和23例健康人(对照组)血清PAPP-A、MPO和CRP含量。结果ACS患者血清中PAPP-A、MPO和CRP含量均显著高于对照组和SAP组(P<0.01);SAP患者血清PAPP-A、MPO和CRP含量稍高于对照组(P<0.05);急性心肌梗死(AM I)和不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血清PAPP-A、MPO与CRP呈线性相关(PAPP-A与CRP,r=0.71,P<0.01;MPO与CRP,r=0.74,P<0.01)。结论PAPP-A、MPO和CRP在ACS患者血浆中均显著增高,可作为ACS患者的诊断敏感性指标之一,且三者间存在显著相关性。 Objective To explore the changes of pregnancy associated plasma protein-A ( PAPP-A ), myeliperoxidase(MPO) and C-reative protein(CRP) in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients and their relationship. Methods PAPP-A, MPO and CRP in sera were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 51 ACS patients,28 stable angina pectoris(SAP) patients and 23 normal persons. Results PAPP-A,MPO and CRP in ACS group were much higher than those in control group and SAP group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ;PAPP-A, MPO and CRP in SAP patients were gently higher than those in control group( P 〈 0.05 ). There were linearity correlations among PAPP-A, MPO and CRP in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients and unstable angina pectoris (UAP) patients ( PAPP-A and CRP : r = 0.71, P 〈 0.01 ; MPO and CRP : r = 0.74, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions PAPP-A, MPO and CRP,which increase in ACS group,can be used as sensitive markers of ACS. There are positive correlations among PAPP-A, MPO and CRP.
