摘要
目的建立一种符合生理、稳定的猪全胰十二指肠移植模型。方法采用手术切除受体胰腺,制造Ⅰ型糖尿病模型。移植物的门静脉与受体门静脉或肠系膜上静脉吻合,移植物的腹主动脉下段与受体肾动脉下方的腹主动脉吻合,十二指肠与受体空肠吻合。结果20头猪移植后,16头效果满意,胰腺功能良好,移植物平均生存12天。结论猪的免疫和胰腺解剖与人极为相似,在胰腺移植的研究中,猪全胰十二指肠移植是较理想的动物模型。
Objective To establish a stable whole pancreatoduodenal transplantation model coinciding with physiology. Methods Type 1 diabetes mellitus model was established by resecting pancreas of the recipient. The portal vein of the donor was anastomosed to the portal vein or superior mesenteric vein of the recipient;the lower part of abdominal aorta was anastomosed to the recipient' s abdominal aorta under renal artery ; the duodenum of the donor was anastomosed to the jejunum of the recipient. Results Among 20 pigs that accepted panereatoduodenal transplantation, the effect was good in 16 pigs, whose pancreaticfunction was good. The mean survival time of the graft was 12 days. Conclusions The immunity and oancreatie anatomy of pigs are very similiar to those of human beings. The porcine whole panereatoduodenal transplantation is an ideal model for the study of pancreatic transplantation.
