bcl-2和ki-67在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨Bc l-2和K i-67在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法利用免疫组织化学法测定50例喉鳞状细胞癌石蜡切片中Bc l-2和K i-67蛋白的表达。结果Bc l-2总阳性率为64%;K i-67总阳性率为60%;Bc l-2的表达与喉癌的临床分期和5年生存率无关,与颈淋巴结转移有关。K i-67的表达与喉癌的临床分期和颈淋巴结转移有关,与5年生存率无关;Bc l-2和K i-67在喉鳞状细胞癌的表达存在相关关系。结论Bc l-2和K i-67可作为反映喉鳞状细胞癌生物学行为的客观参考指标,K i-67可作为评定喉鳞状细胞癌的进展和预测其转移的指标。 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of bcl-2 and ki-67 in larynx squamous carcinoma. Method By immunohistochemistry, the expression of Bel-2 and Ki-67 protein was measured in the paraffin section of the larynx squamous carcinoma tissue from 50 patients. Results The total positive rate of Bcl-2 and Ki-67 was 64% (32/50) and 60% (30/50) respectively. The high expression of Bcl-2 was related to the metastasis to cervical lymphnode, but wasn' t related to the clinical staging and five-year survival rate of larynx carcinoma. The high expression of Ki-67 was related to the clinical staging and the metastasis to cervical lymphnode,but wasn' t related to five-year survival rate. There was a correlation between the expressions of Bcl-2 and Ki-67 in larynx carcinoma. Conclusions Bel-2 and Ki-67 are objective indexes that reflect the biological behavior of squamous cell carcinoma of larynx. Ki-67 can be used as a marker to evaluate the development of larynx squamous carcinoma and predict its metastasis.
