摘要
随着股骨头坏死发病率、致残率的增高,这一疾病已引起人们的广泛关注。其治疗方法也是多种多样,单就手术治疗方法就包括髓芯减压术、截骨术、游离骨移植、带血运的骨移植术、髋关节置换术以及结合应用骨髓或生物因子等。现就股骨头坏死的各种手术方法做一综述。
More and more people pay close attention to femoral head necrosis beacuse of the increases of its incidence and mutilation. A variety of curative methods have been put into practice. The operative treatment ineludes core decompression, osteotomy, free bone transplantation,vascularized bone transplantation, hip replacement, and the combined application of bone marrow or biological factors.
