Process Optimization of laser remelting plasma-sprayed NiCr-Cr_3C_2 coatings

摘要 采用正交试验的方法研究激光重熔参数对等离子喷涂(PS)N iCr-Cr3C2涂层组织和性能的影响。采用金相显微镜(OM),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察涂层微观结构,测量不同工艺下获得的涂层孔隙率和显微硬度。通过正交极差分析得到孔隙率、显微硬度与激光重熔参数的变化趋势,获得相应的主要影响因素,得到最佳工艺参数为:功率600w,扫描速度1.5m/m in,移动步距2.1mm。 In this paper, the influence of process parameters of laser remehing on the microstructure and performance of plasma - sprayed (PS) NiCr-Cr3C2 coatings was investigated by orthogonal experiment design. Optic microscope (OM), Scanning electron microscope (SEM) are applied to investigate the microstructure of coatings, the porosity and microhardness of coatings obtained under different process were tested. By orthogonal analyzing, the relations among the porosity, microhardness of coatings and process parameters of laser remelting were showed, and main factors influencing the porosity and microhardness were obtained. Power 600w, Scanning velocity 1.5m/min, Moving distance 2.1 mm were the best process parameters.
