摘要
考虑泊松效应和分离界面上摩擦应力的作用,建立了描述界面弹性应力传递的摩擦桥联理论模型,获得了纤维和基体的所有应力解.基于界面分离过程的能量平衡,获得了分离能释放率的表达式.通过引入一个界面分离准则,给出了求解临界分离长度的方法,获得了临界分离应力和桥联本构关系的表达式.对纤维增强复合材料SiC/Ti-6Al-4V作数值计算,结果表明建立的模型比剪滞模型更准确.
A theoretical model on frictional bridging properties was presented to describe the interracial elastic stress transfer including the Poisson's effect and friction stress at the debonded interface, then all stress solutions in the fiber and matrix were derived. Based on the energy equilibrium in the interracial debonding process, an expression for the energy release rate was derived. By introducing an interfacial debonding criterion, a method for determining the critical debond length was provided, and the critical debonding stress and the bridging constitutive relationship were also obtained. Numerical calculations were conducted for the fiber-reinforced composite SiC/Ti-6Al-4V with the results showing that the established model was more accurate than the shear-lag model.
