Studies on Micro-propagation of Jiangyong Binglang Taro (Colacasia escuenla ) Virus-free Plantlets

连续3次茎尖剥离并经病毒唑处理,得到了江永香芋的脱毒试管苗。脱毒苗在添加芋块煮沸滤液的MS十6-BA4.0mg/L十NAA0.05mg/L培养基上培养,繁殖系数4～6,而1/2MS十0.5mg/LNAA十0.05mg/L6-BA十0.2%活性炭培养基适于生根.

Jiangyong binlang taro （Colacasia escuenla Scholl） virus-free plantlets were cultured in vitro with exfoliating shoot-tip culture by three times for micro-propagation. Cultured on MS medium with 0.02mg/L, 4.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.05mg/L NAA, the explants differentiated and directly formed tubercles and shoots, and monthly propagation index was 4-6, while on 1/2 MS medium with 0.5mg/L NAA, 0.05mg/L GBA and 0.2% coal, roots of plantlets formed ease.
