湖南科技学院体育选项课教学现状的调查研究

An Investigation of the Selective Courses in Physical Education at Hunan University of Science and Engineering

对湖南科技学院体育选项课教学现状进行调查研究,结果表明:学生普遍喜欢体育选项课,但对选项课学习的长远目标认识不够。学校场地及器材短缺,学生体育基础差是影响体育选项课教学质量的不利因素。提出完善体育选项课的教学体系,提高教学质量,从而使学生真正掌握实用的健身知识技能,养成终身体育的思想意识,实现体育选项课教学与终身体育的完美结合。

The result of the investigation of the selective courses in physical education indicates that most students like selective courses but few realize the long-term objective of the study of selective courses. There are several unfavorable factors which have an impact on the teaching quality of selective courses. The insufficient sports ground, the shortage of sports equipment and the poor foundation of students＇ physical education. Therefore, the authors hold that the perfection of the teaching system of selective courses will lead to a higher teaching quality, thus bringing about the students＇ mastery of health-keeping knowledge and skill. And it will also help the students form the awareness of life-long physical education, thus bringing about the perfect integration of the teaching of selective courses and the life-time physical education.
