养血清脑颗粒对缺血性卒中患者认知、行为能力改善作用的临床评价

摘要 目的:探讨养血清脑颗粒对缺血性卒中患者认知、行为能力的改善作用及对患者血压的影响。方法:收集缺血性卒中患者63例,分为治疗组32例与对照组31例,治疗组采用养血清脑颗粒,对照组采用都可喜片治疗。两组患者分别在治疗前、治疗3月后进行MMSE-R积分、BBS积分的测评,以及卧、立位收缩压和舒张压的测量并进行比较。结果:治疗组(P<0.01)与对照组(P<0.05)患者治疗后认知、行为能力均较治疗前有明显改善,治疗组治疗后认知能力优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后血压值变化均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:养血清脑颗粒对缺血性卒中患者认知、行为能力有显著改善作用。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of yangxueqingnao granule (YXQNG) on cognitive and behavioral ability improvement as well as blood pressure of patients with ischemic stroke. METHODS: A total of 63 patients were enrolled, 32 in the experimental group were randomly assigned to receive YXQNG and 31 in the control group to receive duxil. MMSE - R Scale, BBS Scale, as well as supine/standing systolic and diastolic BP of 2 groups were assessed and compared before treatment and 3 months after treatment. RESULTS: The cognitive and behavioral abilities were improved markedly in both the experimental group (P 〈 0.01 ) and the control group (P 〈 0.05) after treatment, but the cognitive ability in the experimental group had a better improvement than in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The BP values were of no significance in both group before and after treatment ( P 〉 0.05 ) cognitive and behavioral abilities in patients with ischemic stroke. CONCLUSION: YXQNG can markedly ameliorate the cognitive and behavioral abilities in patients with isehemic stroke.
