Analysis of Treatment Drugs Used for Osteoporosis

目的：了解医院骨质疏松症药物应用状况，为临床用药提供参考。方法：根据我院西院区2003年～2004年数据及文献报道的广州和长江流域六大城市的数据，按不同类统计、排序、分析。结果与结论：各地骨质疏松用药总金额均在增长，降钙素、双膦酸盐、VitD3所占比例均有增长，性激素比例有所下降。国产药品比重有所上升，但进口药品仍占很大比重。国内应促进骨质疏松症防治药物的合理利用和开发，以满足不断增长的临床需要。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo of anti - osteoporotics used in hospitals and to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic. METHODS： Data （regarding the use of osteoporosis） collected from the west hospital section of our hospital during the period 2003 - 2004, and that from literatures about drug utilization in Guangzhou and 6 big cities along the yangtze valley were analyzed statistical and ranked. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION ： The consumption sum.of anti - osteoporotics kept increasing everywhere , and the proportions of calcitionin, diphosphonates and vitamin D3 increased, but that of sex hormone deceased. The proportion of anti - osteoporotics made in China increased, but proportion of imported anti - osteoporotics still took a big share. Therefore, drugs for the prevention and cure of osteoporosis should be utilized and developed rationally to meet the increasing clinical demands.
