2003年～2005年我院降血糖药临床应用分析

Analysis of the Clinical Application of Hypoglycemic Agents in Our Hospital During 2003～2005

目的:分析降血糖药在我院的应用情况及用药趋势,了解糖尿病患者的用药需求。方法:调查我院3年来降血糖药的用量、品种,计算金额、DDDs、DDC。结果:降血糖药近3年来总的用量在逐年上升,品种增加,其中磺脲类药物的使用金额列第1。胰岛素制剂中,基因合成人胰岛素的用量逐年增多;口服降糖药中,阿卡波糖用药金额占据第1位;吡格列酮的构成比逐年跳跃增长;格列本脲日均费用最低。结论:降糖药的需求量逐年递增;基因合成人胰岛素和胰岛素增敏剂受到医生和患者的青睐,市场需求潜力巨大。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the status quo and tendency of the use of antidiabetic drugs and to study diabetic patients＇ demands for drugs. METHODS： The antidiabetic drugs used in our hospital during 2003 - 2005 were investigated in regard to quantities, kinds of drugs, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. RESULTS： Over the 3 years, the consumption volume of hypoglycemic agent increased year by year, and its kinds was increased as well, with sulfonylurea dominating the first place in consumption sum. Of the insulin preparations, the consumption volume of gene synthetic human insulin increased yar by year. Of the total oral antidiabetic drugs, acarbose took the first place in consumption sum. The constituent ratio of pioglitazone increased rapidly year by year. The daily cost of glibenclamid was the lowest. CONCLUSION： The demands for antidiabetic drugs increase year by year. Gene synthetic human Insulin and insulin sensitizer are especially favored by both doctors and patients, the demand for which is potential.
