摘要
目的：观察岩舒注射液对肿瘤化疗的影响。方法：自2002年8月-2005年7月，64例恶性肿瘤患者分为实验组和对照组，实验组34例患者应用岩舒注射液联合化疗，30例患者为对照组，单纯化疗。结果：实验组白细胞计数下降低于对照组，（50．00％比80．00％）（P〈0．05）；实验组恶心呕吐低于对照组（P〈0．05）；生活质量改善实验组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：岩舒注射液能够减少化疗毒副作用，增加患者化疗耐受性，提高生活质量。
OBJECTIVE：To observe the effect of yanshu injection on chemotherapy for malignant tumor. METHODS： A total of 64 patients with malignant tumor were enrolled from August 2002 to July 2005：34 in test group were treated with yanshu injection in combination with chemotherapy, and 30 in control group were treated with chemotherapy alone. RESULTS： The reduction of white blood cell in the test group were lower than in control group （50.00% vs. 80.00% ） （P 〈 0.05）;and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in test group was also lower than in control groups （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Yanshu injection can reduce the toxic action of chemotherapy while increase patients＇ tolerance to chemotherapy and quality of life.
