摘要
目的:对现阶段常用祛痰药的应用现状进行分析,以期为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:收集国内外相关文献,从痰液产生机理、祛痰药的作用机理及应用原则等方面进行评价。结果及结论:咳痰是呼吸系统疾病的常见症状,应用祛痰药物促进气道内分泌物的尽快外排是治疗气道炎症的重要辅助措施。使用祛痰药时,首先对症状加以评估,其次注意祛痰药仅是辅助治疗措施,应注重病因治疗。应熟悉各种祛痰药的特点,适应证及禁忌证,以便合理应用祛痰药。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the status quo of the current application of expectorants so as to provide references for rational use of drugs in the clinic. METHODS： The mechanism of sputum production, the action mechanism and application principle of expectorants, etc. were evaluated by reviewing the pertinent literatures in recent years at home and abroad. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Expectoration is the common symptom of respiratory diseases. The application of expectorants for the discharge of airway excretion is an important aided measure for treating airway inflammation. When considering using expectorants, the symptom should be evaluated beforehand, and then the importance of etiological treatment should be attached while the expectorants can only be used as adjunctive therapy. We should have an intimate knowledge of the features, indications and contraindication of different kinds of expectorants so as to achieve their rational use.
